Flooding also damaged homes in Warroad. The 2002 Warroad Area Recovery Fund has been established to help Warroad area residents with flood damage. Send contributions to 2002 Warroad Area Recovery Fund, c/o Security State Bank, PO Box 70, Warroad MN 56763.

The Roseau Public Library had water in the building and lost materials stored on the floor or lower shelves. People who want to volunteer at the Roseau Public Library should call (218) 463-1551 to check if volunteers are needed.
