By December 1999, only three houses and the Sunshine Terrace apartment building remained in the Sherlock Park neighborhood. The houses have not been lived in since the flood. The upper floors of Sunshine Terrace are still occupied. This building will be torn down and replaced with a new building at another location. | This homeowner did not sell his house in the buyout program. Although he can't live in the house, he still visits almost every day. Photo: Alan Draves |
