About 95% of Roseau homes had flood damage. Almost every home had water in the basement, and some homes had water on the first floor. Most residents will need to replace furnaces and electrical panels damaged by water. Residents will need to throw out most everything in their basements. Finished basements will need to be stripped down to the studs. Homeowners with water damage on the first floor will have even greater losses.
